Winner of Arthur Salvatore's May 2015 'Shootout' competition, in which he compared, in his customary painstaking way, four different versions / pressings of the same recording. In this case, SXL 6355, the famous Decca audiophile recording from 1969 was under review. To the surprise of many, this 1979 Dutch pressing, mastered by Ted Burkett, came out as the top recommendation.
