It features an eclectic cast of musicians including \u003cstrong\u003eReuben Winter, Lachlan Smith, James Thorrington, Emma Hall-Phillips, Victoria Chellew, Charlie (Opi), Jong-Yun J.Y. Reuben struggled silently with fibromyalgia and chronic pain for close to a decade, and this incurable and invisible illness affected his hauora on all levels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e\"Ian Jorgensen (A Low Hum) and Reuben's whānau approached Flying Nun late last year and asked if we'd be interested in putting Milk III out on vinyl.
